About the Role
As a Human Resources Adviser, you will work closely with managers and team leaders to ensure our organisation attracts and retains the best people. You’ll provide expert advice on staffing strategies, oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, and help implement fair and effective working conditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Draft and publish compelling job advertisements
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates
- Liaise and negotiate with recruitment agencies and other external partners
- Advise on employment policies, working conditions, and performance management
- Support onboarding, employee engagement, and retention initiatives
- Ensure HR practices comply with relevant laws and regulations
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in a similar HR advisory or recruitment role
- Strong understanding of HR practices, employment law, and recruitment techniques
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
- A proactive and solution-focused mindset
- Relevant qualifications in Human Resources or a related field (desirable)
